Railway Business Services - TSI（Technical Specifications for Interoperability）
欧洲综合铁路网需确保基础设施、铁道机车车辆、信号及其他子系统的技术兼容性，以便铁道机车车辆适用于整个欧盟铁路网络。 铁道机车车辆和铁路配件须经NB机构评估，证实其设计和生产符合适用的 TSI（2008/57/EC 铁路系统互通性指令中提出的基本要求）要求。
The European integrated railway network needs to ensure the technical compatibility of infrastructure, railway locomotive and rolling stock, signalling and other subsystems so that the railway vehicles can be applied to the whole EU railway network. Railway locomotives, rolling stock and railway components shall be legally assessed to verify that their design and production conform to the basic requirements set out in the applicable TSI (2008/57/EC Railway System Interoperability Directive).
